UPDATE: EU & NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING
From 13th December the EU’s new GPSR (general product safety regulations) legislation will come into effect.
To comply with the new legislation there are stricter requirements. However, the main challenge is that every business large or small must appoint an agent within the EU.
Appointing an agent takes time and research but not only that, it can be costly and for a smaller business like mine, potentially not possible.
Non compliance with the new regulations means up to a £20,000 fine or a potential prison sentence. I’d like to avoid these two.
Unfortunately there isn’t much information about this new legislation, there are so many unknowns and questions I can’t find the answers too. Rather than making a uniformed decision and it back-firing on me, the business and your orders,
I have made the decision to pause shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland from 24th November.
I have chosen this date to make sure any orders place in the next couple of days will make it through customs and to you before the 13th Dec.
Please know this hasn’t been an easy decision to make as I absolutely love that my brand has grown to the point of having orders from all of you in Europe. I’m hopeful this will be a temporary pause and given the time to research, and for more details to be released, I will find a way.
LAST DATE TO ORDER FOR EU & NOTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING:
SUNDAY 24TH NOVEMBER
Shipping to EU/NI will be paused from this date onwards until further notice.
DELIVERY RATES AND TIME
We aim to have unframed orders shipped out within 5 working days.
If you need your order by a particular date please reach out/send a note when ordering and we will do our best to get your order to you on time.
As we outsource our framing to a local framers, lead times on framed pieces is 12 weeks.
Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email notifying you, we have received this. When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking information. If there are any significant problems or delays with your order, we will let you know via email.
As a standard, orders are currently shipped using Royal Mail & Parcel Force.

Please note that for shipments crossing borders, additional taxes and import charges may incur. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. There can sometimes be delays with customs and sadly this is out of our hands.
We are not responsible If your order gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout. We will ask that you pay for redelivery.

BESPOKE SHIPPING
Once our large scarves are framed they become too large and fragile for regular shipping and so specialist shipping is required. Before ordering please get in touch for a quote and to discuss shipping options. Pick up is also available from our South London studio.

RETURNS
We have a 14day returns policy from the original delivery received date. Please contact us within 72hours of receiving your order if you wish to return all or part of your order.
We ask that you return your order in the original packaging, undamaged, unworn/unused and in a sellable state. All returns must include a copy of the returns invoice so we have your complete order and contact information.We will not process your refund until we have received the returned piece.
Our shipping charge is not refunded.
You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is damaged. We can not refund items until we have received them at our studio. You are responsible for that item until it reaches us, so we ask that you send it via a tracking service/recorded delivery.
We do not offer any returns on bespoke framed scarves and prints as they are printed to order.
