UPDATE: EU & NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING

From 13th December the EU’s new GPSR (general product safety regulations) legislation will come into effect.

To comply with the new legislation there are stricter requirements. However, the main challenge is that every business large or small must appoint an agent within the EU. 

Appointing an agent takes time and research but not only that, it can be costly and for a smaller business like mine, potentially not possible. 

Unfortunately there isn’t much information about this new legislation, there are so many unknowns and questions I can’t find the answers too. Rather than making a uniformed decision and it back-firing on me, the business and your orders,
I have made the decision to pause shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland until further notice.

Please know this hasn’t been an easy decision to make as I absolutely love that my brand has grown to the point of having orders from all of you in Europe. I’m hopeful this will be a temporary pause and given the time to research, and for more details to be released, I will find a way.

DELIVERY RATES AND TIME

I aim to have orders shipped out within 5 working days.

If you need your order by a particular date please send a note when ordering and I will do omy best to get your order to you on time.

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email notifying you, I have received this. When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking information. If there are any significant problems or delays with your order, I will let you know via email. (I do not have control over customers delays.)

Shipping within the UK is free!

Shipping via Royal Mail tracked service, or Parcel Force for larger prints.
2-3 working days.

EU & INTERNATIONAL

For international shipping there are two options:

Standard International tracked with Royal Mail: 10-14 working days
Express Tracked: 2-5 working days

EU & Northern Irleand
Shipping is currently paused until further notice.

USA & Canada
£20 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.
£35 for Express tracked

Australia & New Zealand
£20 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.
£50 for Express tracked

Rest of the world
£20 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.
£40 for Express tracked

Please note that for shipments crossing borders, additional taxes and import charges may incur. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. There can sometimes be delays with customs and sadly this is out of my hands.

If your order gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, I will ask that you pay for redelivery.

RETURNS

There is a 14day returns policy from the original delivery received date. Please contact me within 72hours of receiving your order if you wish to return all or part of your order.

I ask that you return your order in the original packaging, undamaged, unworn/unused and in a sellable state. All returns must include a copy of the returns invoice so I have your complete order and contact information. Your refund will not be processed until I have received the returned piece.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning an item, unless that item is damaged. You are responsible for that item until it reaches me, so I ask that you send it via a tracking service/recorded delivery.

I do not offer any returns on prints as they are printed to order.
