DELIVERY RATES AND TIME

We aim to have unframed orders shipped out within 5 working days.

If you need your order by a particular date please reach out/send a note when ordering and we will do our best to get your order to you on time.

As we outsource our framing to a local framers, lead times on framed pieces is 12 weeks.

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email notifying you, we have received this. When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking information. If there are any significant problems or delays with your order, we will let you know via email.

As a standard, orders are currently shipped using Royal Mail & Parcel Force.

UK

Shipping within the UK is free!

Shipping via Royal Mail tracked and signed service, or Parcel Force for small framed scarves and larger prints.

*Please note that we currently only offer framing to customers shipping to a UK address.

Europe
£10 for International tracked delivery.
We do not ship framed scarves internationally

Australian & New Zealand
£15 for International tracked delivery.
We do not ship framed scarves internationally

USA & Canada
£15 for International tracked delivery.
We do not ship framed scarves internationally

Rest of the world
£20 for International tracked delivery.
We do not ship framed scarves internationally

Please note that for shipments crossing borders, additional taxes and import charges may incur. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. There can sometimes be delays with customs and sadly this is out of our hands.

We are not responsible If your order gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout. We will ask that you pay for redelivery.

BESPOKE SHIPPING

Once our large scarves are framed they become too large and fragile for regular shipping and so specialist shipping is required. Before ordering please get in touch for a quote and to discuss shipping options. Pick up is also available from our South London studio.

RETURNS

We have a 14day returns policy from the original delivery received date. Please contact us within 72hours of receiving your order if you wish to return all or part of your order.

We ask that you return your order in the original packaging, undamaged, unworn/unused and in a sellable state. All returns must include a copy of the returns invoice so we have your complete order and contact information.We will not process your refund until we have received the returned piece.

Our shipping charge is not refunded.

You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is damaged. We can not refund items until we have received them at our studio. You are responsible for that item until it reaches us, so we ask that you send it via a tracking service/recorded delivery.

We do not offer any returns on sale items, framed scarves and prints as they are printed to order.

Damages

We take great care to ensure that all our items are in perfect condition when they are dispatched, however in the unlikely event that they reach you in a damaged condition, please get in touch within 7days of receiving your order with detailed photos so we can resolve it.
