FAQs

Do you offer framing?

Yes we do! Our framing service is not in-house, we use a local bespoke framers. Their current lead time for framed pieces is 6 weeks. Currently we can only offer framing to customers shipping to a UK address.

Do you offer framing to customers outside the uk?

Sadly at the moment we do not - sorry! Due to the size and very fragile nature of the pieces when framed (particularly the large scarves) we feel that the risk is too high, along with the cost of the shipping!

How long does it take to have my scarf framed?

The current lead time for framed pieces is 6 weeks. We will update you if this changes. As this is not an in-house service and we outsource, this lead time is out of our control.

WHY is there a price difference between the TWO frame types?

Both frame types are bespoke made for each scarf. However, the black wooden frame is a pre-finished option, the natural ash wood frame is totally handmade and require a lot more man hours, therefore making it slightly more expensive. Both results are beautiful!

HOW are the scarves framed?

The scarves are set in a box frame, on off-white mount, with a 30mm surround and using standard glass.

Can i return my framed scarf?

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on framed scarves as they are framed to order. However, we do offer returns on unframed scarves. Please see our returns policy for more information.

WHY does my framed large scarf need bespoke shipping?

Due to the size and fragile nature of the framed large scarves specialist shipping needs to be organised. Before you order please get in touch for a quote and to discuss shipping options.

I LIVE IN LONDON, CAN I PICK UP MY FRAMED SCARF?

Of course you can! Please get in touch to arrange a pick-up.

What are Editions?

Editions are works of art that have multiple copies of the same design. All our scarf editions are limited numbers of 10.

How will I know what edition number my artwork is?

All our artworks come with a certificate of authenticity that will have the name of your artwork, the edition number, date created and be signed by Caroline.

What are Originals?

Alongside our limited-edition scarves, there will also be original artworks which are one of a kind. If the piece is an original it will be specified in the product description. When purchased, you will receive a certificate of authenticity along with the artwork which will state its originality and that its one of a kind.

Some scarves are sold out. Will you be producing more of the same design?

The scarves are limited edition. Once the edition has sold out there will not be any more of that design issued. However, new collections will be released regularly. If you would like to be the first to know about our new collections, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Is there somewhere I can buy your products in person?

Currently we only sell our artwork through our online shop.

Can I get a commissioned piece of art?

Of course you can! Please get in touch and we can discuss what you are after.

When will my order be dispatched?

It will take between 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. If there is a problem we will contact you.

Please get in touch if you need your order to arrive before a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.

Will I receive confirmation that my order is on its way to me?

You will indeed. You will be sent a confirmation email letting you know your order is on the way to you.

Where are your scarves produced?

Our scarves are designed within our studio in London and produced within the UK. Our goal is to limit our carbon footprint and also support local businesses by using UK/local companies for the production of our products and packaging.

CAN I RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING?

Our boxes and tissue paper are fully degradable, recyclable and reusable. The boxes are made from 75% recycled board and the rest comes from FSC managed forests. Our tape can also be recycled along with our boxes so you don’t even need to remove it!

Our thank you cards, certificate of authenticity are made from recycled paper and although these can also be recycled we hope you hang onto both!

Our natural cotton dust bags are reusable and we advise you hang onto them to protect your scarf when carrying it around.

Our bubble wrap used to protect our framed scarves is degradable and breaks down quickly in landfill - or even better, you could keep and reuse!

Lastly, every time we order some packaging one tree gets planted!

We are committed to finding new ways to recycle, reuse and reduce waste across the brand. Please feel free to get in touch with any tips or anything we could be doing better.

How will I know what edition number my print is? Can I buy a certain number within the edition?

The artworks within the edition will be sold in ascending order and the customer will only know what number edition they have when they receive their order and certificate of authenticity.

However, if you would like a certain number (example 5/10) then please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with that numbered artwork, if it has not been sold already.

For more information on all these questions please see our Terms and Conditions.
