Returns:

Scarves are accepted for return when the item is in it’s original state, unworn and unused and within its original packaging. You have 14 days from the delivery received date to request a refund and then 7 days to return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the postage costs in returning an item.
